SQLI BeLux is reinforcing its teams! The agency, that specialises in digital experience and unified commerce, is looking for fifty new employees with digital profiles this year. Thanks to its international scope, SQLI BeLux is fully committed to the possibilities that e-commerce, customer engagement and digital marketing have to offer. As a result, a wide range of new positions are available.
SQLI BeLux is part of the SQLI Group and has 120 employees working in offices in Ghent and Diegem in Belgium and Strassen in Luxembourg. Specialized in digital transformation and SAP solutions, the company is looking for consultants with diverse skills: business analysts, consultants, technical experts, project managers and developers who will bring their expertise to projects in the fields of e-commerce, customer engagement, digital marketing, business intelligence and data analysis.
In recent years, SQLI has further expanded its range of services related to the field of customer experience, further strengthening the partnership with SAP, which has been thriving for over 20 years now. In the coming years, customer experience and customer engagement will remain at the heart of SQLI's activities.
The expansion of the offer brings its share of challenges, particularly in terms of recruitment. In 2018, no fewer than 36 employees joined the company. This year has also started on a high note, with 15 new consultants who have joined since January. Thirty-five additional positions are expected to be filled in 2019.
“We have noticed that the demand for digital projects is constantly increasing among our customers. We are therefore always on the lookout for candidates from different backgrounds, specialised in various fields of expertise to strengthen our workforce. Our schedule is looking very busy and it seems that this is not about to change,” confirms Sebastiaan Brouwers, Talent Acquisition Manager at SQLI Belux.
