The Stanford University and Visa study “The Future of Transportation: Mobility in the Age of the Megacity confirms that digital identity has become a core issue in terms of new practices. In an omni-channel experience, where the notion of location is secondary to that of a fluid journey, identity management can fast become a stumbling block, and undermine the experience as a whole.
